Bypassing Required Fields

For billing encounters (tickets) that need to be submitted without all the required fields, the following steps will allow you to bypass this reqirement.

  1. Complete the form.
     

  2. Once you are ready to submit, press the Review button.
     

  3. Press Review again.




















    Note: Missing required fields will be indicated in red.
     

  4. On the summary page, press the Send button.




     

  5. Press Confirm.
