Reset Your Password
If you’re having trouble signing in to your ebility account or resetting your password, the following tips can help you get back on track.
Resetting your Password
To reset your password from the ebility app:

Open your ebility app.

On the log-in screen tap where it says Forgot Password.

Enter your Username and hit Reset my password.
Note: Your user name is the first letter of your first name plus your last name. I.E. John Doe will be JDoe

Enter the verification code that has been sent to your text message and enter your new password.
Note: Your password can be any 8 characters (letters and symbols)

Once you have entered all the fields, hit Change Password.

Password Reset Email Issues
If you’re having trouble with the password reset email, try these tips to help you complete the process:

Check your junk mail folder, because ebility's emails are occasionally sorted out by spam filters.

Double-check that the email address you entered into the password reset field is the same email used to access your ebility account.
