Logging In

Download the ebility App on your mobile device.

Logging In with Text Messaging (SMS)

​

  1. Open your ebility App.
     

  2. Type in your username and password.

    Tip:     Remember that your ID is the first initial of your first name, plus your last name.
     

  3. Tap Log In.
     

  4. Enter the authenticator code that you received via text message and tap Submit Code

Pin Code

The first time you log in, you will be prompted to create a pin code:
 

  1. Enter any 6 digit pin.
     

  2. Then one additional time for confirmation.

The pin code will allow you access to the app without the need for input of user login and authenticator code. Unless you fully log off the app or you are idle for long duration of time, you will be able to utilize the pin to access your app.

​

Alternatively, you may use FaceID to log back into your session.

Automatic Logoff

Your application has configuration settings for automatic logoff. After a predetermined period of 30 days, the application will automatically logoff the user.

​

To log back into your application please follow the steps above.
