Account Setup 

Step 1: Account Activation

  1. To get started update or download the latest version of the ebility app.
     

  2. Next, contact support or your administrator to request your username.
     

  3. Open the ebility app and select Forgot password? from the login screen.
     

  4. Enter your username.
     

  5. Retrieve the password reset code sent to your email and enter it into the Code field.
     

  6. Enter your new password.

    Note: Password must contain at least 8 characters

Step 2: Two Factor Authentication 

Note: To keep your account safe, it is strongly encouraged and might be required by your practice administrator to be implemented. Authentication methods is done via text messaging.

Two Factor Authentication with Text Messaging (SMS)

Kindly provide us or your practice administrator with your mobile number*. Once your mobile number is linked to your account, you will automatically be able to use this authentication method for logging in.
